Despite terrible weather leading up to the evening, the rain stayed away and we enjoyed a fantastic fireworks display - and all the cars managed to get out of the park without too much difficulty!
Before the display, the crowd were entertained by a joyously noisy samba band, stilt walkers and a display of guys.
The burger van and donut stall were besieged all evening, as was the WI cake stall and light-up toys. The mulled cider was very moorish indeed!
The organisers can look back on all the hard work they put in and revel in their success.
There will be no problem selling this event to the public next year!
